Indeed. I thought last year's system was good, so I intended to check it out.

However, it looks like their site is down, and the work may not be finished by the first race. I kind of dislike that idea, especially as there are no guarantees that it will be ok for the next GP. Also, the logo on their website indicates 2008, not giving a great impression :D

Not sure what you guys think, but it looks to me that once again ( ) we need to find another system.

I am only interested if it is free. (Yes i am Cheep, but i am trying to buy a house)

Would be nice to develop our own system that runs within F1 Technical. Its only a Database with a nice frontend after all.

 nicely making me look petty! But i'd be playing for fun with members of this board, no eye on the prize, so i have no intention of paying (especially with Australia's exchange rate against the Pound..)

The site should be back up and running soon. I'll create the league again this year.

Let's hope it's up before FP1.

OK, F1 Manager is open. Set my team but no leagues open yet.

last year did they let you have "no Chassis" & "no Engine?"

I am fairly sure that even the worst f1 cars could win a race against a human running.

Its very hard to make a team with the money they give you even if you pick all the rubbish bits

Last year was easy. But now, with a tight budget it's hard to choose between a crappy car and an even crappier car :P

Well I created my team, but no league yet apparently...
