It's a rare time when a completely new and inexperienced team shows up with such a lack of preparation. They had trouble with the FIA paperwork, most likely payment of fees, and of course, the car itself.
I can't remember the last time a team showed up in such a shoddy manner.
That being said, jumping into the deep end of the pool will force Arguri and his mates to learn to swim very quickly. I don't wish them misfortune, but based on their performance so far, they don't impress me a bit.
