I have mixed feelings about getting rid of DC to sign JPM, but I guess that DC is getting older in his years. Anyway I cant wait to see Kimi and JPM in the #1 and #2 MP4-20s!!!!!!! :D

Hmmm.....

DC needed to move anyway he has never been a favourate with Ron Denis and it has shown, I think he would do well at Toyota as their number one driver in 2005.

Monty v Kimi? has to be the Kimi the Ice Man. Don't know why :? , I think Monty is great, but my gut says Kimi will have the edge.

Hummm...MONTOYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

hehe.......just spent a whole lot of money on buying the Williams shirt, umbrella, Flag and Montoya cap......but I don't really care.....it just means I'll have to buy some more merchandise!!! ;) heheheh

MONTOYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA........well if the 3 car rule comes in with the closeur of one of the privateers.....I hope Mclaren grabs Alonso...then they have probably the BEST LINEUP EVER!!!! ;)

but....Montoya has to have the number 1.... ;) ...he'll take it to Mclaren in 2005...and will keep it for 2006....then Kimi and Alonso will also win 2 championships ;) .....by then hopefully I'll be the Head of the Aerodynamics Dept at Mclaren......hehehhehe.....but don't worry I won't forget f1technical.net ;)

I don't know if that's such a good idea... we all know what happened when Big Ron had Senna and Prost in the same team. Mayhem!

On the other hand, here's hoping that Fisichella finally finds his way to Williams in 2005 :)

what? Ferrari confirms Jag???
You can't sign up a team to drive for a team you know :p
Well maybe, in case of Sauber-Ferrari

Might be negative for Juan at the end of 2004, but apart from that I think it is a good move from Ron Dennis. There's no one in a better position to increase your team's popularity, he's stunningly fast and doesn't feel very good at the side of Ralf earning more.

Btw... The Prost Senna thing was one of the greatest driver line-ups ever, they brought both championships to McLaren, so why would that have been a bad signing? 8)

Yeah, the Senna Prost MacLaren team was awsome, not just because they totally dominated everywhere, but because they were allowed to race head to head in equal equipment with no team orders :!:

Sorry Schmi you may have won more chamionships than amyone else, but Prost and Senna were true champions who put their reputaions on the line by racing each other on equall terms :mrgreen: Some how I can never see Schumi ever concidering this situation [-X , yet alone allowing it to happen =;

But a three car team with Schumi, Monty and Kimi in the same cars would be an epic combination. Just think of the entertainment

Hum ho ....... Guess we will just have to wait untl 2005 for the Monty and Kimi show to begin - Can't wait

so a 3 car team with shumi at the head would be DIFFERENT ???

I doubt that just means more radio talk from pits to drivers to PULL OVER and let SHUMI through !!!!

SAME old CRAP just served up a three plates instead of 2

Well in Suzuka 89 Senna took pole with Prost 2nd. Senna, famous for bad starts, threatens Alain that if he dares to overtake Senna before the first corner, he would crash into Alain's car.

Guess what... he did :D

But back then it was fire vs fire. We'll get to see the fire vs ice version in 2005. I agree, massive entertainment potential there.

I remember the incident well. However, Senna was not a slow starter, his complaint was that pole was on the inside line and on the dirty side of the track. He had asked the organisers to move it because of the handicap, but they refused and this was when he laid down the challenge.

As I remember it, he didn't go out of his way to ram Prost he just kept his foot in and refused to allow Prost the room he needed. Prost got the better start and turned in with his rear wheels roughly inline with Senna's fronts, who was not going to yield and, as predicted, it took them both off.

With Montoya gone to Mclaren and Williams probably wanting a strong driver line up for 2005 - does that bring Villeneuve back to Williams?

Nah in my very humble opinion any 3 car team that has M.S ( Shumie) in it's line up will opt for RULES.(that is driver rules however concealed they may be, I can see that it is possible to tell a driver to de-tune some part or another in his race car in order to ALLOW the other driver past) and this is GOOD for racing ??? Not in my Opinion..

I RACE 1/5th scale Radio control cars and well in this racing it's the DRIVER and car setup that wins :-) we dont have temementary to the race cars LOL and of course there is no driver in the car, sorts out ONE big problem there and then LOL
