Hamilton and Schumacher involved in a titanic battle for third, when Schumacher(fully F-ducted) pulled out a daring move round the outside of Hamilton on the long turn 3 right hander. Hamilton attempted a repass on turn 4 but ended in the kitty litter much to his visible chagrin. Lap 24 I believe.....

funny that the current Standing in the championship is not affected much by the new points system:
we would have
1.button on 23
2.rosberg,alonso,hamilton on 20points each
5.Vettel on 18
6.Kubica on 17
7.Massa on 16
8.webber on 10
9.sutil on 4
10.schumacher on 3points

so rosberg and kubica take advantage of the new system and of course those who just managed to score 9th and 10th places yet...

Correct, but not the 'silver' car you think.

The Spanish commentators kept on calling it a 'miracle' when he went into the gravel. And they were more than adamant that he had to get out of the car no matter what when the marshals were trying to push him out. That's priceless.

About the GP, I wonder why Barcelona is used as the location when it's not even held there, but actually in nearby Montmelo. They should name this the Catalan GP, and the one in Valencia the Valencian GP, just like MotoGP does.

Very predictable, use the gravel trap incident to support the idea that the BOSS is not the best in the rain. That joke is more of an "in case facts of the BOSS cannot be denied emergency break glass" joke.
For Sure!!

Couple of things:

1. Why is he called "The Boss"? Ain't no boss of mine.
2. There are several other drivers than Hamilton that deserve some thread time and may sring a surprise this weekend.

Just a couple thoughts befoer the Hamilton appreciation society takes over.

It looks like it'll be a wet race for the first time in 14 years in Barcelona. I'm starting to wonder if Button has developed a weather control device :P

55%... any trained meteorologists here? Is that a high or low chance? I mean sure 55% seems high, but it could also fall on another area of barcelona rather than catalunya. Couldn't it? Sorry not a trained meteorologist myself.
