The shape of the Torro rosso's body is pretty good as you say. Maybe their diffuser and Front splitter just sucks in terms of DF, and maybe even the mechanicals are nowhere as good.
Working with the body, the redbull front wing is also something worth noting. Not just in terms of downforce but in the way the front wing influences the air flow over and under the body because judging by the simplicity of the Ferrari wing, we can deduce that the front wing definitely is not the limiting factor for downforce in these present cars. I think the front wing is one of those parts it is easy to get down-force from it if you want it, but the secondary function of the front wing as a flow conditioner for the parts downstream is the tricky part. All these things seem to be working in perfect harmony around the RedBull body.
