Just a thought. Are the drivers applying oversteer out of the corners where there's a wall nearby. Too effectively reduce the chance of an impact, well serious anyway. So they'll bounce the rear-wheel off of the wall and allow a drive away from it.

Yep. You get reprimanded for something a few races earlier and i guess that means you can do it again without incident.

Webber should have pitted a LONG time ago when his gap was 11 sec. He would have been in 5 position. Now he will drop further.
