The interpretation of the article below is this. Blame the problems on the transmission again. (gee, they had virtually no transmission problems last year with more Hp ) and lets see, Oil leak. That really means Hydrolic leak which means blown engine. So the Article should have said. Removed transmission and engine to repalce with another transmission and engine.

Well Pedro did the fastest lap for the day with the V10 so we know that the chassis is up to Mclaren standard, and the engine...well i think i bunch of monkeys could have built a better engine :wink:

Ninth in the timesheets was Kimi Raikkonen, today having his first run with the 'new' Mercedes-Benz V8 engine in the McLaren MP4-21. Managing only 40 laps, his best time was one and a half seconds away from the Renault.
God, I feel sorry for Kimi. 60bhp boost and still behind.

Apparently more engines went into history today but as always officialy it was due to "minor transmission problems". I guess they are using that giant chimey on right sidepod in attempt to solve those "transmission problems" :roll:

man...what the hell has happen to mclaren and mercedes?.....mclaren is falling a part and mercedes is unable to supply the best engine to mclaren :( ...
