It's all those half time fish suppers and pre match ciggies that are causing Scotlands problems.
Typical of the English, inbetween ther weeping and the news reports full of excuses, resort to incoorect racial stereotyping when they lack a valid argument or loose at football. Must be all that Morris dancing you guys do. :wtf:

If you must know, I don't smoke, I don't eat crap like fish suppers or take-aways, I don't smoke and I rarely drink. And I can't think of anyone I know that fits into your incorrect stereotype. I am also part English so could support England if I wanted but I don't want to. So there!!

Anyhoo, now that I have seen off that chap back to football related matters. Shame for Chilie but Brazil outclased them tonight.

1 foot over the line is a goal, that even people with troubled site, could see!
Both England and Mexico were let down not just by the officials but also FIFA.
well in a bad way of speak, maybe it was karma from the '66 :)

Well it's true. At least the Scottish KNOW Scotland are crap at football, it's why the tartan army didn't bother supporting them but immediately turned to 'OCH! we haaate them English'. It's becuase you lot haven't forgiven us for Cromwell yet.

Try as you might, you can't hide the typical Scottish rage. Although I'd probably be on edge if I had to wear a skirt in Scotland's inclement climate and eat nothing but the less pleasant parts of a sheep.

Don't ever recall any Scots wearing skirts and I certainly don't go in for that. Inclement weather? Bright, sunny and 24 degress ain't inclement.

The reason I wanted England to fail is becasue od the shamless self promotion of the England team at every ad break. Anyway, England never have a chance and have to cling onto the distant memory of 40 odd years ago.

Don't mistake this for typical Scottish rage but I dislike racial stereotyping.

I can't tell if you are joking or not now. I'm not acutally being serious.

Fifa should not over use the technology at every call of the referee; dont want it to be stop and go like American football. I think it should be like tennis where each team is allowed 5 challenges against the refs call.
The challenge would then involve the use of the cameras to verify the call.
It adds some strategy to the game too, as a coach can save his challenges for serious calls in the game. A limited number of times to use the cameras keeps the game flowing, and keeps the classic and natural feel.
I should inform fifa of this idea. 8)
For Sure!!

These were the F1 tips for Germany vs England. Timo Glock came closest and Mark Webber was farest away from the 4:1 result.

Vamos España! =D> I will be scheduling my business and personal affairs around this match, as has been the case at times for the past few weeks.

Now that Mexico is out my two other favorites are still alive; Spain and Argentina.

And I yearn for Brazil's elimination.

Would be nice! But first the guys have to beat Argentina and then probably Spain. Both big jobs.

Portugal have never won the cup.

As a small country of 9 million people...that is reason enough to root for them. :D

Intersting JET, nine million, just like Sweden, yet we reached the finals in 1058 and ended up third in 1994.

Beating the gGrmans like this didn't hurt either;

That was back in the time when color TV wasn't invented. I'm surprised they had TV at all in 1058.
