This dispute about what money Daimler did or did not give Brawn, is all a little ridiculous. Who cares!

They do seem to have turned out to have had rather more cash than anyone thought they had and people are struggling to explain where it's come from. I'm actually surprised this has all come out.

This team is continuing to look more and more expensive for Mercedes, and not the bargain they thought they were getting.

Difficult season making Mercedes grumpy - Haug
Sep.30 (GMM) Norbert Haug has admitted that Mercedes might line up on the 2011 grid with some new employees. "In 2011 we will make a step forward. So we need to have the best possible staff, which may include some new people," he is quoted by the Cologne newspaper Express. But amid rumours it might be Ross Brawn or Michael Schumacher who depart, the Mercedes competition director insisted the famous duo are actually going nowhere. "In 2011 the drivers are Michael and Nico Rosberg," Haug announced. "And we believe in Ross and his team," added the German, amid rumours of tension between Brackley in the UK and Mercedes GP's German side. "We just know what victory feels like, so perhaps we are sometimes a bit grumpy," said Haug, explaining the apparent tension in the paddock at present. One answer might be to plough more money into the team, or make a big offer for a high profile signing like Adrian Newey. "Of course we could put another 10 million euros into F1, but we don't want to," said Haug.
"Make the suspension adjustable and they will adjust it wrong ......

Already been done sunshine. It was done above what you quoted. You know, the large bits that you simply left out? I know you tried not to get insulted by me implying that you couldn't read, but...... :P
So why don't you quote the 'large bits' I supposedly left out, if they indeed support your views?

You were going to do that several comments ago - and didn't. Please do, although we've come to expect that people see what they want to see on this thread. Asking people to re-quote things they've already quoted and pretending that they weren't written in order to look as if they have a response is the latest bit of diversionary lunacy.

The penny seems to be dropping that they're going to have to pump money into this, but it seems they're not going to do that - and still expect to win simply because they're Mercedes. Brilliant.

I have a distinct feeling that the seriously grumpy ones are wearing suits in boring Stuttgart meetings. Hospitality suites and half-naked girls only takes you that far, something's gotta yield pretty soon here, little doubt about it.

on this I´m absolutely sure you are spot on...the question is who will have to.
My guess is it´s norbert as he has sold his boys dream to the board like the two
USF1 dreramers...and has to face reality check now.
This is not a championship winning outfit yet even if it is littered with multiple champs.

Formula1 is a team work, having Ross and Michael simply doesn't make you a winning team.

"littered with multiple champs"? There is only ONE. If you are also referring to Brawn, he was not a champ at anything, but he was one cog of a TEAM that won several WCCs, but that doesn't make him a champ. Are there any others I have missed, after all, you say that the team is "littered" with champs.

With just a tad of imagination, you could easily visualize several champs within the team, MS, RB, NH, MHPE and BGP?
