Lets see what happens. Its going to be close, Red Bull will have the upperhand but not by much. Mclaren in general will be challenging because of their straightline speed, and allegedly Hamilton copes better than anyone on new tarmac...which I personally think is rubbish but I will happily cede that if he trounces the Bulls on Sunday.zeph wrote:Alonso seems to think that Hamilton is favorite for the win:

If it's not a significant event then don't make a post for it. It's just polluting the thread with useless info and pics that make it hard to read and follow.
That is a comparison of apples and bananas. You do not get a comment for FP1-2 or an info who goes off track or spins causing a red flag. You do not know who is on which tyres, more or less fuel load, if there are issues with a new track like blind pit entry together with a chicane or where people are spinning off due to bad design of curbs. And you certainly do not get pics to give you an impression of cars burning in the pit lane or drivers experimenting with disabling rear anti roll bars. Because I'm privileged to excellent digital coverage and competent comments (Marc Surer) I can give some people who cannot enjoy a live feed some more insights. I understand that it has to be balanced in terms of pics for those who are on slow connections. I will try to have fewer and more meaningful images. Thanks to the guys who supported me!lebesset wrote:why waste your time looking at WB's posts when you can go to the official site

I actually really like the track in F1 2010. It has nice flowy qualities as well as a few brutal slow turns.
wesley123 wrote:guessing times on yor in game experience is just stupid to do, sorry to say that. None of them are even close to the real deal, i believe the rF version was only flat and F1-2010 version has its walls way too close also limiting it.
My quick guess is an laptime around the 1:40, it isnt an really long circuit and requires an spa package, just to have enough df in the sweeping part of the track.
http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/87623Q. (Marc Surer - Sky TV Germany) Christian, today Mark Webber was doing some laps lifting his front wheels. It looked horrible but it was quite fast. It looked like he was driving without rear anti-roll bar. Was I right with my impression?
CH: You weren't far wrong. Basically there was an issue with Mark's car and it was rectified during the session. But even on three wheels he was posting very competitive lap times. There was nothing major but your assumption is not too far off.
i agree! my schedule doesnt allow for me to watch it live so this is the only source i have to keep me updated.forty-two wrote:Guys, why are so many people bashing WB's efforts.
I for one like his images and commentary.
Don't let 'em get you down WB!
