No it isn't. If that were the case then no driver has any talent because they've all made mistakes, some of them quite massive. That's not even logical.

Making small errors in practice and qualifying is justified - it's a part of exploring the limits. Making small errors in a race is at best a lack of talent or experience, at worst stupidity.

with these conditions, the fact that this track was such horribly built and isn't finished, the dangerous pit entry, and the cars sliding off everywhere anything is possible!
