Ducts to increase downforce.......

An idea , can a full duct of small radius from from to back of the car body and it should be present just inside the surface of body and so when the car moves at high speed in duct air will move at very high speed
and creating very low pressure as compared to outside it will create a huge
downforce , it will make the cars with more ground clearance stable.
any cfd expert can u please validate...........

Won't work as the duct needs to be open at the bottom side to produce downforce - and that is against the flat floor rules of F1.
