Looking at the few threads on the hub to locate the lug nut , I wondered what happened to the old MSA regs that required the lug nuts to locate on the bolt /stud etc at least 1 1/2 times the bolt/ stud dia . i.e 12mm bolts/studs should locate 18mm into the nut.

Button has nothing to lose, so i think he can gamble on the parts.
Hopes it doesn't detract from meaningful testing in practice.
Any shots of new parts?
For Sure!!

A picture in F1.com gallery shows Hamilton still using the F Duct blowing the main plane, not the upper plane.

RW (rear wing) 80 (80th design/update etc)

notice RW75 in background.

I thought the number was a reference to the downforce. Engineer to mechanic, "we are gonna change the rear wing, take off the 80 and get a number 75 out of the truck, please".
Or in this case, get a 75 of the old wing ...

Rear wings aren't much adjustable anymore, they all come into the garage preset at their respective levels and angles.

lol yes i noticed it said rw75 in the background.. bt like i said i thought it was called the rw80, so is this an older wing or what?

It would make more sense if it was downforce. interesting.

I'm pretty sure I heard a McLaren employee (Whitmarsh, or maybe Button) during an interview joking that everyone outside the team called it an F-Duct, but they called it RW## for rear wing iteration ##.

Just heard from the Swedish broadcasters that Button is trying out a new electronical brakebalance adjuster that isn't really working that well. Any more info on this?

Sounds a bit like grasping at straws with the weight distribution and tyre balance problems.
