The Force India F1 Team today announced its driver line-up for the young driver test on 16 and 17 November 2010 at the Yas Marina circuit, Abu Dhabi. Dutchman Yelmer Buurman and Portuguese Antonio Felix da Costa will share driving duties of the VJM03 with test and reserve driver Paul di Resta.

Certainly not a bad idea although personally I'd like to see more test sessions added including a mid season test then the 30,000kms would be more realistic.
does anyone else find it amazing that after a whole season with these cars they are still attaching bird cages etc to gain data. Guess you can never have too much data
Well I guess the more data they input to their CFD machines and simulators the better the correlation will be and they can get updates on the car faster
I know Macca is fielding Paffet and Turvey? RBR is fielding the reigning world champ (I'm sorry... it gives me a boost everytime I say that ) and who else? Schumacher is doing the test to, no?
I don't remember seeing these measurement devices on the cars during Friday sessions. Were they not allowed to do that, do cars have to comply with the regulations in every official F1 session, even Free Practices?
There should be testing for new drivers during the season and maybe limit the amount of lap per driver and race for example the driver can only drive for 20 laps. 20 laps would nominal for the engineers to understand how does the driver perform on the race track.
