Easy now Don, all it takes for this forum's self appointed oracle to make a U-turn is for Ferrari to hire a German driver,
pretty much like the fuel-flow limitation is all of a sudden a great idea after the WMSC has decided upon it.
=D> Outstanding, xpensive!

We all have our quirks and prejudices. I try to keep mine in check by referring to my signature below. And I'll soon add to it: "Michael Schumacher was a great driver. But he was not a good man."

Of course, the "was" might ignite WB. All in good fun on my side.

You are actually a bit behind on that issue. 2009 was the last year that Toro Rosso were allowed to purchase the same design from Red Bull technologies as Red Bull Racing. They had to clean up their act, employ a full contingent of engineers, build a full blown factory and rent a wind tunnel in the UK to do their own cars now.

This oracle does not see it happening in Montezemolo's time. He is a relic of the past and very transparent. Everything he does and says is done to promote Ferrari and Montezemolo often to the detriment of the sport as a whole. Montezemolo thinks Ferrari owns F1 and it is high time he learns that he will not get his way. The best cure for this megalomaniac is some years of humble pie diet.
Formula One's fundamental ethos is about success coming to those with the most ingenious engineering and best .............................. organization, not to those with the biggest budget. (Dave Richards)

And you would expect him, in his position, to do otherwise?
