M8 is a bolt size HampusA. As in bolts nuts and washers.

it appears you were right FN, M8 also refers to a screw. i apologise, i often toqrue before thinking it through. Sometimes i wish i could bolt my mouth shut. but then i think screw it.

perhaps it´s worth the time and effort to write mate instead of m8, if that was what you wanted to say.

I think it's fairly obvious that in this forum people appreciate correct spelling, or at least an effort to that.
