It's easy to give up on a car that hasn't been driven in anger yet and has only completed "sub system" testing WITHOUT the wings or downforce package that the car will run in races.

With all the negative posts on Mclaren, seems Mclaren is only the one who's got confidence in their car, they haven't scrapped it yet and by the looks of things continue on their plan to run THIS car in races and contend for the Championship with it.

IMHO- Lewis AND Button couldn't be on a better team....and Lewis shouldn't leave F1 to Nascar until he's too old to drive F1, what's Schumi's, Barichello's age again?

Image Gotcha!!!

NASCAR??
Nah.. probably in 10 years after a couple championships.
Can't allow Vettel to run amuck in F1.
F1 needs Hamilton, Bernie knows this and so do Mclaren.

1 WDC is sufficient for greatness but at the moment Vettel is looking like he may get it this year. Hamilton must stay the course, or go to redbull and whoop some WDC ass.
For Sure!!

Does that mean Ron Dennis dumps Hamilton on the 21st of December, 2012?

F1 to NASCAR......right :wtf:

Maybe he should stop winning races in a cr*p car too, like 2009. OR maybe he should have stopped driving in brasil in 2008 as he had such a slim chance of winning the championship...

Ooo Ooo i have got a good one. Vettle should give up because Webber fell out with him. Massa should jack it in because Ferrari wont let him win if Alonso's still in the race in 18th.....

Seriously... either realise that NASCAR is like a nissan micra compared to F1 OR grasp an understanding of determination.

Sorry for my sarcasm in advance..

The guy is just thinking outside the box.

Who would have thought Raikkonen would have went rallying? Or JPM to Nascar?
Finally, everyone knows that Red Bull is a joke and Max Verstappen is overrated.

That is Hamilton, master of one, and the most adaptable. I wouldn't mind him going over to conquer NASCAR but he must first be the greatest F1 driver of all (10WDC) before he thinks about quitting.

I may be adding 2 and 2 and getting 5 but I think the first post has something to do with the earlier (very technical) news about someone wanting Hamilton's babies. Hence the retirement. Nicole, uncover yourself.

So this is all an evil plot to get Nicole as Button's teammate? :wtf:

OMG. Now I know why people falls for the "Earn money with Google!"

NOBODY READS (except ScumacherM, but professional critics don't count, as Mr. Leeds pointed out; thanks Richard).

If I want to hide something from public view, I'll post it here! Not even Assange will locate it.

Now, slowly and in big letters.

HAMILTON... IS... GOING...TO...SWITCH...CARS...WITH...TONY...STEWART...AT...THE...GLEN.

August 14, 2011. Read here>>>>>>>> http://www.ridelust.com/f1s-lewis-hamilton-to-nascar/

It's not like he is MOVING to NASCAR. He cannot, the rule exists: it's called the pricks-with-sideburns ruling, very old. There is also the pricks-without-sideburns ruling, this one excluded Scumi (blessed be the soul of Earnhardt).

Oh, and Mr. smikle, by the way, it's not "Gogh, Vincent Van", is "Van Gogh, Vincent". As I said, nobody reads... except me, and I'm going back to "I am number four", good book. Yeah, I know, you'll wait for the movie.
