please help me to find out which type of material should i use for my A arms:
round one or flat one ?

Flat definately. Better for aero and optimised kinematics.

Material type is not so important. Steel, aluminium or cheese will work equally well. Main point is it must be flat.

along the lines of monty python :
are you from India or Western world?


jokes aside,think about what you want to achieve by using round or flat material.
If the a-Arm does not see much in terms of airflow ,why not use square or rectangular tubing ? Use the material according to all the forces it is going to see!
