As i want to be a computer engeneer (i'm in the right direction) i'm very interested in software used in the cars, mainly in the ECU or former developements like active suspensions and things like that
I really do not have any ECU or active suspension software sites in my page on car and road simulation software, but you can take a look at the INSTRON site. They could have something. BTW, if you have any links worth of including in my humble page, I will be grateful.

Dont know about the exact software but this link should give you a good start hopefully.
All I can suggest is to look around and examine what other racing organizations and doing with software. I'm sure that it's safe to assume that F1 is the technology leader in racing software development. But they also keep their progress very secret. F1 teams have partners in technology, and usually the trickle down can be observed, but usually two or three years after current application within F1.
I used to work for Sun Microsystems, all development on McLarens software technology or any technology regarding McLaren is highly confidential.
To access this info I needed to pull some strings, ask for favours, etc. And the small glimpse I got of what they are doing and what software they run..... astounded me!!
For anyone who wants an equivalent, look at Sun's Project Looking Glass (google it, if need be) and see the power from that. Then triple the potential and add that to a server with a 2GB graphics card (v880z) and imagine the possibilities.
