Turkey has a number of straight sections where the DRS can be deployed during a lap, as does China. Australia on the other hand, does not.

Vettel was using DRS all over Albert Park. He was missing KERS though, so maybe he could have been 3/10ths or so faster.

I know he was using it all over Albert Park, but the gains you can achieve from the shorter straights is less than at Malaysia, China, Turkey, etc. so you would expect the overall gain in laptime to be less.

I don't think it's a matter of straights tbh. Let's take a look at, what the DRS is in qualifying. Basically; it is a super-efficient rear wing; which gives you plenty of corner downforce and gives you (relatively) little drag for it. You're forgetting that the setup of DRS in qualifying might not just give you better straightline speed. It might give you better cornering at the same speed (more wing angle; but then the drag backs off from DRS.
China and Malaysia, and a bit in Turkey, have fast, downforce-y sweepers and straights. On the other hand, Melbourne not so much. Hence; the time gains from DRS in Barca qually could even be greater.

1.25.. Still a long way to go before/if we see 19´s.

Anybody want to guess the fastest time in FP2?

I´ll go with a 1.22

I think that's entirely likely – the teams didn't seem to be doing anything other than full-fuel race pace work just now, so if someone takes even some of the fuel out, and/or puts on soft tyres that's easily attainable.
