I thought we knew that already from Australia, and Hamilton's breaking.

I find the design more interesting than the fact it has no supports.

Really? I seem to remember (though I could be wrong) that Hamilton's bib support broke and that was what caused the damage. Again, I could be remembering weird things. I'm still suffering from the heart attacks that the grand prix earlier on gave me.

It hasn't had a support since Belgium last year.

I was under the impression that a few people assumed that the support had broken because they couldn't see it, but that it was never there in the first place.

Look at the picture again. It has a cantilever support.

Are the edges of the vertical members of the bib rounded per the rules or for aero reasons?

This is the most significant upgrade i think. The outwash front wing has a more agressive angle and can scoop out more air becuase of it's increased width.
Notice it comes more inboard of the end plate allowing it to deflect more air.

This also makes the underserside of the small winglets and main element more effective.

More front end downforce, now we only need more in the rear..
Though the outwash wing helps the floor so that increases downforce overall.
they also have a new cascade wing on the FW, slightly deeper with a different profile to its leading edge

I still think they should run tiny diffusors between those vanes there XD

the reason they have those vanes is because the underside of the wing works similar to a diffusor( it forms a venturi against the ground, that's why they lowered the wing, to get back into ground effect). So adding mini diffusors would just be unnecessary blockage. If you were joking, ignore this whole post.

How do we think they will do in Monaco? I would like to think they will go well, but Red Bull were very quick there last year.

I think this is new, a vane like RB and others. Just behind the front tyres.
