As far as I can remember, the Ferrari is the first car to ever streak away from the RB7 in the dry

I reckon Vettel settled for a second place....that damn pit stop killed it...in such a close contest in regards to performance that was a massive setback....Or have I spoken to early????

You're right but Vettel had nothing for Alonso in the last stint. Even in the high speed sector 2(copse,maggots etc.)Alonso was pulling 7 tenths a lap according to thee F1.com live timing app
