Found a nice link today. Has some F1 chassis measurements from a Silverstone test.

Some of the units are hidden (slip angle) and some look like they are scaled (lateral acceleration) but with the velocity and trajectory given, you can calculate yaw rate and Ay.

Slip angle data is interesting to look at even though its scaled.

Too bad those slip angle numbers aren't radians. Would be wicked F1 Tokyo Drift.
