I can't understand you. LMP1 and LMP2 competitors were always meant to be different guys, and if the current cost-capped Pro-Am LMP2 formula gets carried in some form, it will only make that even more clear.

Somewhat OT, but...

I see that the DeltaWing has secured a spot in next year's Le Mans event, winning the 56th slot reserved by the ACO for advanced technology entries.

As wacky as the idea looks on paper, I like the out of box thinking, and look forward to seeing it run against contemporary vehicles. Does anyone know the cross section of the front tires? The design looks like it would understeer horribly, and lack frontal DF (armchair/eyeball aero).
