That could be a bad laminated carbon-fibre part or (I think not) maybe a bad coat of lacquer, we've also seen that on the Ferrari rear a few moths ago (look at the F150th Italia thread).

The Teams had do made their new carbon-fibre parts partially in a very short time for the race - but that head protecting component couldn't be new, because, your not allowed to amend the monocoque.

this part is hollow to take up the mandatory and exchangeable confor foam elements for driver head protection.
Depending on ambient temp different Foam densities must be used.
Sure the part is very soft compared to a normal bodywork part and putting in and out the confor blocks takes its toll as well maybe..

Now, I have a few questons to the oil cooling system - especially the gearbox oil cooling.

The green line, I think, that's the oil line to the gearbox, but where is the line back to the radiator? Is that the red one? And what's that one, I've encircled in yellow? Something of the breather system?

Thanks
Paul
Are there two pipes where you've shown the green line? One supply, one return?

I don't know. But now I know, that the gearbox oil-cooler is inside that part above, or better, behind the Airbox. I even don't know if that's the same line I marked which comes out of the radiator and that I marked along the engine to the gearbox. I also don't believe, that they put together the engine and the gearbox oil circuit. Jaguar F1 tried that in 200 and it didn't worked there.

Of course, the oil radiator is piggy backed on the airbox in a lot of cars.

Then that makes the line you've picked part of the hydraulics - it looks more like a hydraulic line than coolant.

Now that, is a Monza wing. Looks like about 32 degrees angle of attack.

Impressive, they've really taken to developing the braking system cover. In the initial years it was a simple cover but now it's a lot more complex and sculpted.

You can reduce the size of the brake duct by taking in air in the annulus of the wheel rim.
I suspect this method also cools the inside of the rim as well, which may have some effect on tyre temperature.
