Sebastian Vettel has won the Italian GP after taking the lead on lap 3 of the race. The World Champion was never threatened later on and controlled the remainder of the race. Jenson Button finished in second place while Fernando Alonso pleased the crowd with third place.

Button would still be 4 tenths down on Vettel if he did finish. It is not like he decided to call it a day because his 3rd place was not guaranteed as they were still runners behind him. He actually made a small mistake. The two Mclaren drivers made small mistakes... but that is what happens when you're on the limit.Vasco wrote:Why on earth did Button abort his lap?
Mclaren made a tactical blunder with Hamilton again. He has used all his softs and has used an extra set of hards as compared to everyone else.
