I don't know which one LOOKs best, but I believe someday you should return it to the original livery, the car would feel better that way(yes, like when you wash them and they drive better).

If not it's like buying a coke and paint it pepsi.

Of course, if the paints seems to be ok well done and whatever, I'd leave it like that for the moment till you get the car running. If there are gonna be lots of hands near the car with tools it might get hurt, so no sene in hurrying with a paint job.

I insist: PHOTOS!!!

I know this is abit of a silly question but what's the carbon work like? We all know the resins break down under sunlight. The epoxy used now are far more advanced in structure and lets face it the only thing protecting the carbon IS the paint. if it's had a semi professional paint job it could be damaged underneath. Or am I ten or twenty years to early to be asking about perished carbon composites?

What I find amazing about that picture with the side pod body work off, is actually how terrible the packaging job back then was. I'm surprised. I guess a lot of that is down to not being able to make complex CF shapes, but wow there's a lot of space in there.

Must be great to have something that needs you the get the spanners out.... this is when you find that you need special tools that cost more than the parts being fitted!

By the way, what is that yellow car in the background of the above picture above?

Bob - yes I was amazed to see how much sidepods have evolved since the C16

Hi, I can remember a Sauber that was purchased by Playstation, and then was sold to someone in the South east of England where it was then painted in Ferrari colours. If it is the same one then I purchased a rear wing from the owner who was a nice bloke and loved Ferrari's. hence the paint job.
Playstation had covered it in a purple paint with their logo all over it when using it as a show car when he bought it around 4 years ago.
I hope that helps?
all the best

13b peripheral ported rotary would look tiny in that space, that V10 is bulky. Are you planning on euroboss racing? Most of those guys use the 4.0 judd engines.
