I don't think thats the MP4-27 beneath the cloth as I don't really think mechanics and teams will assemble their new car so early maybe 4-5 days before the launch then they will start assembling

If the pic is realistic then I presume the drape is resting on the diffuser in front of the rear wheel.

Why would it? It could just be the floor; with the McLaren side pods sloping down and terminating early.

hmm... huge floor i think... just like ferrari 2012 as i look from the picture... and maybe a smaller side pod.

It's the same image they used last year. Found the same one on the MP4-26 page 25/26. Someone with more time could copy and paste it in.

You can tell that the off-season has perhaps dragged on for too long once F1 fans start looking for any signs of new information within a computer generated promo picture and the design for a new t-shirt.
