There is no hole in the nose tip so it could be an alternative inlet for driver comfort???

EDIT: Or outlet, even? If you can circulate some air through the cockpit, you'll make a little downforce...

I'm not sure it is a vent - it probably isn't - but there is something different going on with that nose. Stefan and sesku have highlighted what we're looking at. Explanations on a postcard please

I think they blow the kink to reduce its drag. Blown platypus nose whatever.

From what I can gather there is no vent/hole in the nose cone, it just was a dip / recess just behind the ugly transition, something like this :

You can't have that since 2009, no hole permitted in the nose area apart from one at the tip for driver cooling.
