Pushrod & Rocker Arm Suspension

Post

Anyone know an online place to purchase a Pushrod & Rocker arm assembly for an F1 styled suspension setup? Also, does anyone know where to find technical information related to this setup, IE: Lengths and positioning? Im having a hard time finding these parts for a good price/information on the setup.

i think you are going to have troulbe "buying" a susepnsion they have to be designed and built for a chassis there are no off the shelf suspensions that will magicly work you need to first understand why they use a push rod decide on what shocks you are using what kind of suspension reaction you want ect. ect.

read a few vehicle dynamics books
check out other peoples designs you can buy some rod ends from
http://www.aurorabearing.com/

some tubing inserts
http://www.midwestcontrol.com/catdispla ... php?pg=225

some tube
onlinemetals.com

but if you are expecting to find a bunch of random parts and them to work well together you will more than likley be disapointed

It would me more usefull to merge these two threads about attempt to build a race car as one because both of them concern same problem.

Not in US...

You can import it as a kit car, seperate from its powertrain, then assemble it in the states, and classify it as a kit car, it gets by emmission requirement and less harsh safety requirement...

Same way as Ultima...
