sorry, if I did not make myself clear.
You are correct, that in the case of the R26 these inserts are used to change camber and toe, KPI will change as a function of the camber setting as well I guess.
What I meant to say was, that these type of inserts are found quite commonly on other race cars, to change the inner wishbone position, to adjust antidive/antosquat etc. - It does not change these things in the case of the R26.
something along the lines of this:
I guess (as I don't know), just looking at the photo, that they have pairs of these inserts, as you would change toe, every time you make a camber adjustmnet.
I supose, they set the toe, they want, at the rack, and then just change for a given pair of these inserts when making a camber adjustment, so that they don't need to adjust the toe setting every time, they change the camber setting.
Just swapping the inserts from Set A to Set B or from one color to another, and by doing so, automaticly comensating for the toe change - but I could be wrong.
