i know that they said that they wouldn't be looking into FWFD in their recent Q&A...but is that possible?

I think they probably have some new elements or FWEP's on the new front wing and it's possible they are copying Sauber's S-Duct in the nose.

At least he's moved on from talking about U shaped side pods having a problem with yaw and that they were fundamentally flawed

Sometimes team put covers on already raced parts just to divert attention from some upgrade somewhere else.

the good news seems to be the acer ducts concept fading away.
It's not so clear but I suspect even the ducts themselves will be a little different, probably smaller around the exhausts.

Then, I bet there's a hole in that FW. A Merc-style would be quite difficult to see, but who knows...

hey i just thought of smthing...dont they need to have a new tub to change the winglets in front of the sidepods?? since they look integrated in the tub..are they not?

How do you figure? I don't see it. Looks different to me. But I could be wrong. It looks to me like the piece in China sticks out past the tub. And the usual Vortex Generator is gone. I think this is new. But I could be wrong.

The mirrors are mounted, respectively, on each side of the cockpit within the area that I've highlighted in blue. The new fins appear to take the place of the one usually found around the area I've highlighted in white. Combined with the new "canon like bulge" - my nickname in high school, by the way - on the engine cover, Ferrari seems to be making adjustments to F2012's cooling in preparation for a change to the exhaust.

It's the same mirror from a different angle. And the new picture looks to have a slit right in the middle of that body work. The earlier pictures do not look similar.
