What is this at the back of the McLaren

Can someone tell me what is this at the back of the McLaren and if it is legal?

It's just a measuring device, a Pitot rake. They won't race it.
Where have you been the last two years? McLarens have often looked like porcupines in testing.

It's a rack of Pitot tubes to measure the air pressure. a row of air sensors if you will.
