That doesn't look a lot like Monaco, what point are you trying to make?

Monaco is about carying speed trough the corners, something Massa is quite good at.
I think Massa was always good in Monaco. It is psyche related ,he feels at home there.
Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.

Looked like he had a little understeer at the hairpin and the right-hander immediately after that.

I have a question. It's often seen in onboard videos for pole laps that the driver adjusts brake bias during the lap. Is this part of optimizing the car for each part of the track for a 10/10ths lap? Or do they do this every lap during the race? Also which way do you think he was adjusting it? I'm guessing that for every corner the preferred brake bias is one where the fronts lock up just barely before the rears.

I imagine over the course of the race they would gradually dial the brake bias rearwards as the fuel burns off.

When you post so many I would prefer simple links with the driver name above it, but that's just imo.

Could be a protest looming after the race as the Red Bull floor comes under scrutiny from the other teams. Interesting times ahead #F1

MSC adjusts it mid-corner in the swimming pool entry. I'm more and more convinced this lever is, to borrow a MB phrase, a magic lever. Nobody has yet explained convincingly why he was adjusting brake bias off the grid and into turn 1 of China, for instance. Adjust it on your parade lap, surely?

Of course with KERS harvesting, who knows.

If the protest is succesful before the race, would that mean RBR would be DSQ from race standings? or that won't happen?
If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.

This is why Ross Brawn was getting arsey earlier this year, if you protest it on Wednesday (Tuesday in Monaco?) then it can be sorted out without jeopardising the race result.

Yes, disqualification is a real possibility as the scrutineers and FIA will/can now only examine it after the event.

Would they allow them to be DSQ from qualy results and change the part to a legal one so they can start from the pitlane?

That's a potential solution. If they're in breach of the technical rules then they're disqualified from that session - so the stewards could then, at their discretion, let them race starting at the back of the field. This is what happened to Hamilton over the fuel infraction (despite it being a sporting infraction for some reason the rule was in the technical not sporting rules).
