Simon: Nils? You can close in now. Nils?
John McClane: [on the guard's phone] Attention! Attention! Nils is dead! I repeat, Nils is dead, ----head. So's his pal, and those four guys from the East German All-Stars, your boys at the bank? They're gonna be a little late.
Simon: [on the phone] John... in the back of the truck you're driving, there's $13 billon dollars worth in gold bullion. I wonder would a deal be out of the question?
John McClane: [on the phone] Yeah, I got a deal for you. Come out from that rock you're hiding under, and I'll drive this truck up your ass.

Tracy overshot a tight right hander, and went straight down the escape road, then spun the car around and drove straight back on the racing line, collecting Tag's nose. It was 100% Tracy's fault, and one of the dumbest moves I have ever seen.
The cameras followed Tag as he stomped back to the pits, his body language indicating a great amount of tension and anger. When he encountered Tracy, he got in his face, repeatedly until the fight broke out. It was obvious to everyone a fight was going to break out, and the camera director was ready for it and immediately switched back to the racing.
My only regret was that Tag didn't have the physique and training of Mike Tyson, and take a chunk out of Tracy.
I'm a fan of both Tag and Tracy, but this time Tracy really looked as dumb as they come.

Funny, in light of what happened today at turn 9 of the Denver GP on the final lap.

Was the first GP i've been to, Champ Car or otherwise. Tons of fun. Buddy of mine was part of one of the Champ Car pit crews briefly during qualifying or practice. Go figure!

Sweet walkin around the paddocks. Time to start sending out resumes..

I watched the Denver race, and Tracy just made a very dumb move, not even worthy of a rookie. Bourdais was furious, as he should be and ran over to Tracy after both cars were stopped at the last corner, on the last lap. Bourdais pushed Tracy, and he retaliated by pushing him back.
Paul Tracy has always been controversial, and for making very poor decisions occasionally. He should be in NASCAR where fender bashing is commonplace and accepted.

Well, he is no sweet pie racing. I still remember the time they took away from him a victory and Indianapolis.

Anyway, wasn't Tracy going to race at NASCAR for real? I read somewhere he made a deal to compete in some races on Busch series this year, and that he will race in NASCAR full time in 2007.

The only thing I am waiting for is Michael Schumacher or Fernando Alonso going to NASCAR, too...

Edit: I did not do my homework. Tracy re-signed with Forsythe for five more years after a disappointing show in his first three races on the Busch series.

Hmm, it's interesting that Tracy took out Bourdais and put his teamate just 32 points behid the series leader, Bourdais. Considering a driver could earn 35 points in a race, with 4 races to go, Allmendinger has a very good chance of going for the title. The difference between 3rd and 7th is 8 points.

On a side note, is there any remote chance Red Bull might just get Allmendinger in one of their F1 cars soon? Scott Speed is now questionable, and currently, Allmendinger is getting more good press in the US.

I thought Christian Klien is getting a Red Bull ride in 2008 in Champ car.
