Ive thought that there wasnt holes in something, exported, rendered then found a hole, then when Ive gone back to Sketchup Ive found the whole and it was a trick of the eye that lead me to believe the hole wasnt there.

The rearward curve clearly doesnt connect to the top surface. as well there is a gap where the inwards bend start on the side surface

Look at the side pod edge , follow me has been used which probably causes the side pod problem

A raft of updates will be brought to Canada; a track which hypothetically should suite us. Here are the images. There is the front view, FW not done, Side view showing revised airbox blowing air to beam wing, new sidepods ultra-tight (no holes :D) and a pic of my RW endplate with a hole in it.

Enjoy:

I think you may have mis-interpreted the slot in rear wing thing...
You are losing overall wing size.
What are you trying to achieve? Flexing?

You may well end up doing a Raikkonen:

Everything else looks alright though, except your airbox is still filled in  and all the other parts that aren't done, as in floor etc. and fw alignment

And you've designed your front wing (so far) so it doesn't extend to the front of the allowed area? Explain?

Hi,

Advice:
Sidepods aren't 'fat' enough IMO,
frontal intakes look too square (will create unwanted drag at transition between top edge and side edge)
Not sure what the hole in endplate is meant to do, could you explain?
Make engine cover longer (helps condition flow better)

Illegalities:
front wing is off centre,
you can see sidepod fronts from underneath floor (contravenes seeing bodywork from below regulations) same reason why andy had to add parts of floor to hide bodywork on initial innovo i12 launch pictures
Wheels are all over the place

I think your last car was better, I would revert back to that one and modify that one, as I don't think this concept is as good,

keep trying, you will crack it eventually :D

your airbox isnt attached at the front, and it seems you have a wild sidepod in the background :P

also that steep of a drop behind the side pods causes a low pressure area and thus lift

Hi everyone,

Have not updated for a week now , been on holiday however in the back of my car I managed to make new sidepods, an airbox and a new diffuser.

Here is a side view of the car. Render didn't do the ends of car but you can still see. I made the airbox extend to the back of the sidepod, and I will probably add a monkey seat?

Then there is a rear view without the Rear Wing showing the exhausts which I think are illegal hence only temporary.
Image

Top view shows sidepods but I have not got round to details yet. I know a few areas lack detail but what do you guys think overall?

Dom :D

Also sorry if you see random engine covers or sidepods in the background. And for the top view I forgot to put the Rear Wing back. (I mean my engineers forgot to :/) :?

Exhausts are definitely illegal, as they breach every single exhaust regulation except maybe internal diameter, which I can't tell.

Yeah I know; hence temporary :D But what do you think of the car overall?

Why put them in? Seems like your just throwing ideas at the car and hoping that the legal ones stick.
Car is looking better though, the holes seem to be gone.
Where you have extended the rear of the head protection to meet with the rear of the car, do you not thing its a little...angular along its length?

I put them in because I needed them just to have an idea of the space I would have for them. As for head protection; I think it's fine.

Head protection has been changes Nick. As for the gap; it shouldn't really be there, I've known about it, but for those of you using SKP. somethings are very persistent. The airbox is being stubborn. :D
