Toro Rosso STR7 Ferrari

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

Observations
driver feedback
tyre use
cornering speed
and many more things.

You just have to take some time to analyse.

thatΒ΄s awfully nice ... that looks almost like a leading edge flap ...

I was thinking about the sauber leading edge treatment and the little aero bits sprouting from Mclarens ,Force India and MGPS sidepods and it all looks like the leading edge of the sidepods are going to change a lot more in the coming weeks.

why not do the full ,and bleed off the high pressure air not entering the sidepodinlets in this area ? could be helping drag ...

Its almost the same car as last year so i doubt this is the 4th fastest car, Red Bull cant have 4 rly bad drivers in their academy.

well lets see it then. How many tyre use units is it? What is it corner speed compared to every one else? How does any of this correlate to lap times? Or are us mere mortals to dumb to understand your observations?
