I haven't been able to dig anything up, apart from this comment "Toyota senior general general chassis manager Pascal Vasselon has warned that his team's cars will feature an 'interesting' aerodynamic development on the front wing when they emerge from the garage in Istanbul on Friday."

and nothing in the official Toyota F1 website

I recall Toyota did test a Renault style cascade on their front wing a few tests ago (no pics) this could debut in Turkey.

It's probably made of clear plastic so it'll look almost invisible. That way they can make it flex without anyone seeing.
I don't understand why they have downforce problems with that zero keel suspension system. Maybe that system never worked as planed....however, I guess that honda has been the first zero keel car that has won this year.

Honda scored a major coup by beating Toyota to the first win, in the megabuck battle of the Japanese manufacturers.
We should start to see pictures of this new wing very soon, when the teams unload for Turkey.

maybe they are holding out until the last possible minute on showing the new wing
Simon: Nils? You can close in now. Nils?
John McClane: [on the guard's phone] Attention! Attention! Nils is dead! I repeat, Nils is dead, ----head. So's his pal, and those four guys from the East German All-Stars, your boys at the bank? They're gonna be a little late.
Simon: [on the phone] John... in the back of the truck you're driving, there's $13 billon dollars worth in gold bullion. I wonder would a deal be out of the question?
John McClane: [on the phone] Yeah, I got a deal for you. Come out from that rock you're hiding under, and I'll drive this truck up your ass.

Isn't it wonderful how a team can attract attention just by promising something new and interesting? Honda stole the headlines three weeks ago by their first win in Hungary, maybe this is just cheap publicity for Honda's Japanese rival.
Personally,I think I will just hold off paying attantion to any Toyoya hype until they translate fancy wings or whatever to valid results on the track.

Until we see the new Toyota wing, I thought I would hijack this thread and ask about this.

It seems Williams have some sort of intake here. Anyone have an idea whats going on? Am I looking at this photo wrong? Has this been on the Williams like this before?

It's not an intake, it's the same sort of sidepod-appendage as Renault, Honda, Midland, Toyota, ... are using.
They've had it in Hungary for sure, not sure about Germany or earlier.

[EDIT]
The lighting on that particular picture is making it look funky though :).

But its not in the 'normal' position. Usually they are after the radiator to help extract the air from the sidepod. This looks to be in front of the actual sidepod opening.

Also I have looked at photos from the last race and it looks like this is new for Turkey.

I seriously suggest you browse through the Hungary-gallerie then:
http://www.formula1.com/race/gallery/763.html

TV Images, Saturday, 2nd from the left on the top row, Friday, first row, 4th from the left
For Honda's version for example: General, Sunday, page 3, top row, 4th from the left.
Even just on this site:
Toyota: http://www.f1technical.net/development/16
BMW: http://www.f1technical.net/development/14
Renault: http://www.f1technical.net/development/4

Really nothing new about this.
