Is it only me being stupid or is it the case that Ferrari is testing three versions of front wings, with 3, 4 and 5 vertical gills on the endplate?

The "5" version

Ferrari added another slot close to the FWEP, but it seems the team is struggling/playing with the top flap shape. Seems they can't find the right combination.

The Ferrari floor must have an odd shape if it still has that upside-down scoop as well as the new shape on the inside of the rear wheel. Wish we have a picture that showed all of the inside shape.

@phoenix

Good catch mate. I completely overlooked the number of gills. Indeed they're using different FW's with different numbered FWEP gills. So it seems they're unsure of the top main flap shape & gills that work best

I don't think there'll be any updates for Hungary, aye?

New update to the sidepod (Macca strake/turning veins).

Also the new front wings may stay on for the whole weekend.

A part from that i think the summer break will be the massive push for aero/mechanical updates.
If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.

I think that they have a mandatory two week vacation during that time, so dont expect something extreme.

Updates for Spa will have already been in the pipeline for the last couple of months. It is quite common for teams to have a sginigicant upgrade package in Belgium. Last year, Red Bull's worked very well and allowed them retain some sort of advantage after losing their way a bit in the middle of the season.

In the last photo, what would you say the white/silver heat shield behind the exhaust is made from?

Do you have a explanation of what value this would be to Ferrari?
