Oh dear
And so you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further. With your mind power, your determination, your instinct, and the experience as well, you can fly very high.

Nope. Please don't start an argument mate. :D

And it's because I don't like the fact that you don't get real drivers, sponsors ect.

That's a shame... it would have been interesting to see how your ideas translate to CFD results...

I'm sure there is a grid slot if you ever change your mind.

that is a shame, but will still be good if you develop your car,

there is reasons why there is no real drivers or sponsors,

to have 'real' companies as sponsors upon your cars breaks copyright laws, also, it is impossible to simulate different drivers and how they will race

however by the KVRC being a challenge, it wouldn't mean it is illegal for you, it would mean it would cause problems for the challenge as it would be using branding of other companies for our own use without their permission,

also the logos are copyrighted to the company/ photographer, so by using images without expressed consent and publishing is illegal and is breaking copyright and trademark laws

Afaik it is allowed to a certain use, for example Codies doesnt have to ask Vodafone to use their brand, Shell to use their brand etc. etc.

Since it doesnt make money out of the use of the brand it is legal to do so afaik, hell else all these skins painted for games like F1 2011, rFactor, RBR etc. etc. would be illegal

could always take the cheap option and use names and logos similar to real companies like die-cast toy cars often have  many of the formula sketch cars would give unreliable results in cfd in their current form due to low polygon counts

maybe the ex-competitors from formula sketch could set up their own site (obviously they could not judge the cars if they continue to compete) and run it the way they think is best, you know, for the people by the people.

a few more standard parameters might be a good idea as well (to stop overly small sidepods etc) and maybe standard engine/gearboxes/tubs if they are not already used.

KVRC is a Cfd challenge not a management game
