What do you think of the prospect of a USGP 2012 at Austin Texas

Good thinking. Place has good infra structure and nice climate in winter.

They are starting to paint the curbs! It looks much nicer.

I quite liked the white clean look to be honest.
Still the design is there with the sharp edges, looks very nice.

Yeah, I'm assuming you're talking about the bright green strip between the curb & the paved runoff. That's actually artificial turf installed directly onto the paved runoff. They're doing this all over the place. Check out the T18-19 photo.
