Look for where it says "Acer" on the side pod rear. That's the ramp.

Is there any limit to the wind tunnel testing? Or is that allowed 24/7/365

Ok thx

Its allowed but the problem is the costs ( fia has introduced costs reduction) there are rumours that redbull as only team do not follow the rules and explodes his costs but is not easy to prove that.

The car threads are meant to focus on the specific features of the car.

Generic wind tunnel discussion moved to the wind tunnel thread. viewtopic.php?p=385330#p385330

No, it isn't real.

Why was the color edited to black? And I'm not sure. The helmet is Alonso. I'm not sure they'd put Alonso to something as simple as a straightline test. They have plenty of Badoers/Fisichellas who could do it. Bianchi too.

Agreed,I call BS on this one.Ferrari had Davide Rigon helping with the test and unless he lost his helmet he would have had no reason driving with Alonso's.....

Well the shot is real, it's just that the color has been edited to black. But I don't think it's Idiada

Are you guys serious? That is a random picture of Alonso during a GP weekend, but with the car done in black in photoshop. So no, it is not from a straightline test or anything similar.

Last week's straightline test was done with Davide Rigon in Spain... in a red car.

And I'll be darned if Alonso let some rookie use his famous helmet. A helmet is an identity as a driver and a persona for most of these guys.
