What do you think of the prospect of a USGP 2012 at Austin Texas

Good thinking. Place has good infra structure and nice climate in winter.

Not good as it has no motor sport tradition in the US.

Onboard laps with Mario Andretti and Jerome D'Ambrosio. Both are taking easy, but still very cool:

@ Hairy, Great pics of opening day at the track. I think that black three seater with the Pirelli logo on it is the one I get to ride at "The Driveway at Austin" as part of my race package. \:D/

Looks like a typical Tilke-circuit. Too much corners, too much emphasis on long/fast corners in combinations with straights with a hairpin/sharp turn.

Wait and see what the GP will bring, but I doubt that this will be an exciting circuit.

My sources tell me that CotA has struck an agreement with Bernie to not show that wall on camera. We will see.

Classisc team lotus is run by the Lotus group. They are based just outside the main Lotus cars factory in Norwich.

I don't think its anything to do with the Enstone F1 team

Agree \:D/ me too. I'm excited what would be happen to this Austin GP.

They have so many preparation for this event. The Master plan not just consists of the construction of The Circuit Of Americas, but a Speed City!

Tickets are en route but we still don't have confirmation about support races?

COTA should be ashamed of itself.
