You know they have made holes in F1 cars since like the 50s, not just when DDRS came into the mix

Ray its is not perspective, rather its true. I think they are trying to blow to the central section of the starter motor hole through this hole. Nd providing higher resolution pic about what you are talking........ also except some pic from some blog i dont find any other proof of F2012 having any DDRS. anyone could have a look at the beam wing of F2012 and will say that there are currently no ducting for ddrs....

Fully agree. Look at the rear photo about 6 up (from that photo) from the long spread of photos below. It is 100% an extraction. Also shown on the diagrams of the new exhaust system, also referenced below.

aside from tweaking the shape are there any differences between the old and new front wing besides the extra vents on the endplates?
