Well anyone can see Dominecalli is useless, in the pecking order at Ferrari he has clearly been superseded by Alonso, who answers only to Di Montezemolo, and Luca LOVES Alonso.FLuidd wrote:Ferrari really --- up in Abu Dhabi.
It pains me to say this but the F2012 is an awful car , not only that Domenicali seems to be one of the most incompetent F1 chiefs.
Something has to change.
Flavio looks like a possible candidate to me, though I am not aware how his relationship with LdM is. Especially Fernando would love to have him as the team principal. Any thoughts??mx_tifoso wrote:Should Domenicali be "assigned" to a different position at Ferrari, who are the candidates to replace him? I haven't kept track of the organizational structure at Ferrari lately.
If Flavio comes in, then we might as well call ourselves ''Scuderia Team Alonso", Alonso wold love Flavio in there cos Flav will give him carte blanche to do whatever he likes. We would be a 1 man team.banibhusan wrote:Flavio looks like a possible candidate to me, though I am not aware how his relationship with LdM is. You're correct.WilliamsF1 wrote:Am I counting wrong or has Ferrari not dominated a weekend since 2008?
It shouldn't be up to Alonso to deliver magic all the time. And he may not make it past the 1st corner, Andrea Stella is going to be absolutely key for me today, he'll need to keep Alonso calm because we all know Fer gets over emotional and the toys start coming out when things get tough.Hail22 wrote:You're correct.WilliamsF1 wrote:Am I counting wrong or has Ferrari not dominated a weekend since 2008?
Interesting chat with someone last night, Ferrari are slightly miffed over the rear wing not paying "Full" dividends.
I think tonights race will show whether or not Ferrari has the package to win the race...yes I said win the race, Alonso has all chances to make a little magic tonight.
Alonso fend off button, which means updates that Ferrari brings works again very well in racing situation but failed in quali.... whatever if Ferrari able to optimize FW & RW combination, then it can better......hope [-o<Autosport wrote:Felipe Massa says Ferrari's issues only half-solved
Ferrari can take some encouragement from the performance of its latest aerodynamic updates, but the fact they did not produce as much as predicted shows the team's problems linger - according to Felipe Massa.
The Brazilian reckons that Ferrari cannot feel completely confident it has got on top of the windtunnel calibration issues that have hurt its development progress this year [............]

I found it weird he said that actually. Perhaps he's talking of the possibility of a wet race.Teechnical wrote:Abu Dhabi wasn't a really a track that suited Ferrari I suppose.
Alonso himself has said that Interlagos is a pretty good track for Ferrari, so maybe they can be challenging for pole there.
Anyone have any clue as to how Austin may suit them?
