Almost every manufactured part has a measurement tolerance, but in the case of a top racing team, those values are usually known only to a few people within the technical area of the team, designer, manufacturing engineer, etc.adam2003 wrote:Ok. I mean in general like the front wing angles they create that feed air to the next areo device on the car has it got to be exact the angles it flows off , their is no tolerance of 0.1mm for example?
Also, remember these parts flex under load (even minimally), so its shape and angle may vary (even a tiny fraction)
The rear brake duct fins are meant to generate downforce, and they also interact with the beam wing and the rear wing.
