Why is that part blue? (driveshaft)

Is it anodized aluminium and if so, why?

That is a drive shaft boot. The material used for racecar drive shaft boots is combination of ethylene acrylic, hydnirogenated trile, silicone and fluoroelastomers.

I dont think that was the point. Other teams have a more copper coloured part there, yet the one from the Red Bull is blue. that it is painted seems rather unlikely

Oh wow, so the tunnels are really enclosed now, looks like they're directing that entire air flow round the side pods to form a jet into the starter motor hole.

It simply must be working, as we're seeing, race to race, fine tuning and focussing. 2013 is looking good for red bull already. Good core chassis and aero package. One can only wonder how far they can push this?

I dont think their package can get any better. Now we just need the Mclaren package to be just as good and easy to drive and Ferrari and we will have a gr8 fukkn 2013 season.

According to Sky RB will have a new rear-wing and new bodywork. Also both cars will have new spec altenators
SKYF1 wrote:"There's plenty of work going on with both Red Bull cars after new parts arrived this morning on a flight from London Heathrow," reported Sky Sports F1's Ted Kravitz from the paddock in an online blog. "We believe that there is a new rear-wing and new bodywork as well."

So far no major changes in the 2013 regs, so yes the RB9 will probably be a superdeveloped RB8.

So apparantly Remi Taffin from Renault said that Vettel's engine will be doing its 4th race this weekend.

Obviously all of the engines will lose some power because f the altitude at Interlagos. The Red Bull Renault RS27 loses 60 horsepower(w/out KERS) at Interlagos. To see how this affects the RB8's pace compared to the others. They have no new engines. Others do.
