Going by the poor quality image, I hope this isnt the real W04, it looks like last years and that car needs many changes to push it up front. However we cannot really see the key areas in this image which is probably the whole point.
Well besides the Sauber C32, all launched cars have looked similar to 2012. We won't know really what's changed for sure until testing and even then the Australian GP will be the definitive answer. Obviously 2013 is important to the teams, but you can't expect radical changes this year when most teams are balancing their efforts for 2014.
