huh? The episode hasn't aired yet, has it?
Check who was posting :D

Just a Fan you probably didn't read any other post in this thread right? Cutting Hammerhead the way Hamilton did benefits you all the way to the second to last corner, you will carry more speed for that whole passage. This is more than just a couple of tenths

It's probably a few tenths at the very most because the exit is so wide, if he had of cut the left part of the corner on entry then he would have greatly reduced the huge weight transfer and gained much more time.

1:42,9 we all know no one is faster than others by that amount so something fishy must be going on. Which wouldnt be supprising tbh.

Since when do we all know that? A lot of things people "know" turn out to be bullshit.

If he'd really be that fast he'd have 3 titles under his bag by now instead of vettel.

Would he? How are you establishing how much the car contributes?

I've always felt Hamilton was the fastest 1 lapper out there, but even I was surprised by that time.

His reaction, getting a photo for twitter seems to suggest that he believes it to be true. The fact that he was pretty much as quick in the wet as the others in the dry also suggests that may well be possible.

I'd love to see Alonso on tbh... It would be nice to see if he can peg hamilton's time (like we know he can on the track).

Not surprised, Hamilton has often set relatively quick times in free practice sessions before the others come down to his times by qualifying. Shows he can drive a car quickly out of the box with very few practice laps.

i dont know kimi was always for me number one, hamilton second one. And i still belive that, Kimi time in Top gear on wet was one second faster then Webber in same condition, also best time in wet conditions. Others did drived on dry track, and you need to count that it was for Hamilton second time.

Also for post under by scarlet, i agree but you need to take that he drived Mclaren i dont think you will see much of that from Hamilton specialy in Mercedes

If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.

The cars he's had since 2008 are not his fault, but what is troubling is what happened to him in 2007 and 2008 when did have the car. In 2007 you can forgive him a little because of his inexperience and Raikkonen's relentless job in the last few races, but in 2008 he should have won the championship by a long, long way. As Schumacher said at the time, had he not won the championship in 2008 it would have reflected very badly on him despite his otherwise obvious talent.
