maybe the same member edited his post later and i cannot read 50 pages from start to finish to search all updates of the post's...it is impossible to do that all the time. have you thought about that? :?

and for that i got one downvote from you! thank's folk... i think that you really be careless in the future. if you care like this, than no thanks! http://www.kolobok.us/smiles/icq/sorry.gif
Redragon wrote:You got it back from me, the picture is showing clearly the two wholes that Mr G was pointing few pages back on the forum.
I really care. :)
What I meant, it is you got +1 back from me, if I am able to do it. I didn't give you the negative. What I meant your picture shows clear the two holes that it is what it was trying to do Mr G with another picture few pages back into the forum. So for that reason I tried to give you back the positive vote. And show to Mr G that I care what you both post on the forum. Great stuff, so please continue. Sorry if my last post was misinterpretated.

As you guys can see. It looks like they started running new rear wings without the little flaps on the sides.

It is the perspective, the flaps are there.

Well, I can still see them.

Well so much for this duct thingy that was bekleived to be blowing the top side of the car.
That's a cooling hole.
The shape of it from the underside when the nose is on is interesting still. I think that is where more questions should be asked.
This hole now, it may cool the driver, or in fact some electronics, that otherwise would be cooled through side pod holes.
For Sure!!

Felipe stated in Jerez that the car is getting to hot. Maybe he meant the cockpit is getting to hot and not the engine/exhaust. Maybe the duct is used for cool down the cockpit or the driver seat, as I can hardly imagine any other way than to use cold air for this purpose.

And Ferrari did some temperature stress tests today, standing in the box with the engine on for 30 seconds. This could proove the theory.

On the 1st photo MagicAlonso posted you can see they have cut off some bodywork at the back of the right side of the car, just a bit further back from the exhausts to widen the cooling outlet

On the hi-res pic the dot from laser sensor is visible, but the sensor itself is mot -- looks like it is deeply integrated in the nosecone. Could be the cable on the picture on previous pages is from the sensor.

Look at the opening then look at the floor, is it me or is that thermal exposure on the floor? (slightly discoloured/burned/warmed in).
If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.
